I recently purchased the New World of Warcraft expansion pack Wrath of the Lich King, and I encounter a problem they have never experienced before.
During the game, my computer hangs at random for about 5 minutes after the toss of a coin displays an error message, saying that it was a problem, and the graphics card or something. Then the desktop comes with a very low resolution, such as icons and menu bars boat is huge. I have to turn off the computer and restart it, and I get an error message that a standard Microsoft error message is "critical" occurred. I send Microsoft the report and gives me two options, either device drivers download acceleration existing hardware or reduced.
I try to download, but there are no new drivers, and have the development on the game playable rejected (because if I go all the way, the usual start of the game), and the problem persists. I have bad news for Peter. I am currently integrated on my laptop, video memory and has worked well. The frame rate is slower, but gentle enough for me to play as if I were at home on my normal PC. Well, if you do not have enough RAM, then yes, it could be problems.
On the question of the graphics card is not broken. If it would have problems with something, or you can not see anything. If there is an updated driver for your video card, install the current one. If this does not help, would have to reinstall WoW. If you do not reinstall WoW, you start install with WotLK. If this does not work, reinstall WoW from scratch. It may seem like a pain redownloaded patches and what is not sound, but at least the contents of the file will be free. If you do not have integrated graphics, and not knowing how much video memory have, then yes you'd need more storage space.
